The Lone Dancer

Dancing on the moonlit floor,
Dances that dancer,

As pure as silken robes,
So silky is that dancer,

Hovering like an angel,
Like so floats the dancer,

Enhanced by the starlight
Is that lone dancer,

Destroyed by the sunlight,
Like that she disappears,

The angel of the night,
Is as clean as a kitten,

As delicate as a membrane,
Is the lone dancer.

wind has blown in her face again,
the breeze had struck many times before,
but this time it was different,
it had a gift to present,
and that gift has been presented to you.
